Chaperon Lodging was a charming and comfortable place to stay. The rooms were well-appointed and had a tasteful modern style. We particularly enjoyed the view of Alausi from our top-floor room. The hosts were responsive and the wifi was good. Alausi itself is a delightful colonial town with great restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The only drawback was the difficulty in getting the water temperature in the shower just right. It was either too hot or too cold, and the water pressure was low.

Chaperon Lodging in Alausi is my hotel of choice. The new-fashioned rooms are comfortable and offer different views. The hot shower and great view added to the experience. The staff is friendly, and the location is practical, being next to the train station and a nice cafeteria. It's also just a 5-minute walk to Alausi Main Square.
